Universal Petroleum International (Vietnam) Holding Co., Ltd. was established in the British Virgin Islands in 2001, with an initial investment of USD 50 million marking a significant step in our international expansion and long-term commitment to the energy and commodities sector.

At UPI, we are a team of experienced financial traders and trusted buyers and suppliers of a wide range of commodities including fuel and refined petroleum products.
